 "Firstly, on a personal level, I’d like to say that - contrary to all my prior experiences with builders - were extremely respectful to our personal space: they always removed footwear when entering non-building site areas and always cleaned up at the end of each day’s work.

From the working perspective, I’d like to point out the following:

- They followed the architect’s plans to the letter.

- They stuck absolutely to their quote (the only excess costs were justifiable ‘unforeseen’ items).

- They were rigorously punctual.

- They showed a great work ethic: applying themselves to the tasks in hand until they were extremely well completed (they did not indulge in ‘shortcuts’)

- They did not at any time ‘moonlight’ to do other jobs.

I am very happy with the project carried out for us. They themselves undertook almost every stage from the foundations to the final paintwork.

They carried out an extensive renovation of our two-bedroom flat in 2018 – new floors, ceilings, walls, doors, wiring, plasterwork and lighting; removing chimney breasts and putting in steel frames; fitting wardrobes, laying carpets, installing plumbing, radiators and a whole new bathroom, as well as acomplete paint job.

They worked extremely diligently for us, following our architect’s designs and our own innovations in minute detail, and frequently came up with their own expert solutions to tricky issues they encountered.
